My first post 20 Cake Mix Recipes has a variety of fun and easy recipes. I discovered I had accumulated 20 MORE Cake Mix Recipes. I know to the “serious” baker using a cake mix is a HUGE no no. But for the everyday home baker it makes life a lot easier. I have found that some store bought premade items will never live up to a home made version but in the case of a cake mix I beg to differ. I am increasingly using store bought cake mixes to create some of my favorite easy recipes.
