These Chicken Jalapeno Bomb Bites will SCORE THE WINNING POINT with just the right amount of heat. If your game watchers enjoy a lot of heat you can add more jalapenos.
I love the creamy texture from the cream cheese, the smoky bacon and the crispy chicken. The perfect Game Day Party Food.

- Cut in 3-inch pieces and then cut across all the pieces to create a total of eight pieces.
To Fill:
- Place 1 1/2 tablespoons of filling on one side of the pizza strip, cut 2 cooked popcorn chicken pieces into 3 to 4 strips.
- Place on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Brush olive oil around the outer edge of the dough strip, fold in half and press edges together.
TIP: After pressing the edges together and to help secure the dough even more, I picked it up and tucked the dough under the bite.
- Transfer to a cookie sheet.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
