5 Minute Maple Fudge
Have you seen the new holiday frosting flavors like maple and brown sugar? Yes please! I love maple anything…especially maple bars. So that got me to thinking that I should take that delicious maple and brown sugar frosting and make a melt in your mouth 5 Minute Maple Fudge!
Besides I needed something with maple to add to my Buddy The Elf Christmas Party Table. After all maple is one of the main food groups. What? You didn’t know that? Yep, it is! According to “Elf” anyway. 🙂
5 Minute Maple Fudge
Ingredients
For the Fudge:
- 1 (12 ounce) bag white chocolate chips
- 1 (16 ounce) can maple brown sugar frosting
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
For the Drizzle:
- 1 (16 ounce) of maple brown sugar frosting only use half
- optional finely chopped pecans for garnish
Instructions
For the Fudge:
- Line a 8x8 baking dish with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray.
- To a medium size microwave safe bowl add the chocolate, frosting and butter.
- Microwave on high 1 minute and stir.
- Repeat another 30 seconds and stir.
- If fudge is still lumpy, microwave an additional 30 seconds, stir until creamy.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Place in refrigerator until hardened (at least 2 hours or overnight).
- Cut into small pieces.
For the Drizzle:
- Scoop out half of the frosting into a microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave on high 30 seconds.
- With a spoon drizzle melted frosting on cut pieces of fudge and sprinkle with finely chopped nuts.

Where Can You buy Maple Brown Sugar Frosting ?
Hi LInda, I have seen it at Walmart and Target.
My hubby is a total maple anything nut!! This looks like something easy, and yummy, that I could make as a special little treat for him!! Do you think this basic recipe work to make basically any flavor fudge using various icing flavors that are available?
Yes, this method works with any flavor of frosting. 🙂
I can’t believe I’m looking at fudge that’s done in five minutes. This is amazing. And yes, maple is a food group.
