5 Minute Strawberry Fudge
Now you can make fudge in 5 MINUTES with only TWO INGREDIENTS! This summer inspired 5 Minute Strawberry Fudge is creamy, easy to make and tastes AMAZING!
Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) bag white chocolate chips
- 1 (16 ounce) tub strawberry frosting
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Optional Garnish: 1 (1 ounce) bag freeze dried strawberries, ground
Instructions
For the Fudge:
Line a 8x8 inch baking pan with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray.
To a medium size microwave bowl add the chocolate chips, frosting and butter. Microwave on high 1 minute and stir. Heat an additional 30 seconds and stir until creamy. Pour into prepared pan. While fudge is still hot, sprinkle the ground up freeze dried strawberries on top. Use the palm of your hand and gently press down the strawberries. Place in the refrigerator until hardened (at least 2 hours or overnight).
HOW TO GRIND UP FREEZE DRIED FRUIT:
The easiest way to get a nice fresh fruit powder is with a blender. Pour all the fruit in the blender and pulse until you see a fine powder. BUT....FOR THIS RECIPE I RECOMMEND LEAVING A FEW CHUNKS AND ONLY A LITTLE BIT OF POWDER.
