Rudolph’s Shiny Nose Race
- RULES: The object of this game is to see who can transfer Rudolph’s nose onto his face the fastest. You may want to set a time or just let the players finish. First one to fill the page wins for individual players or the next player (with their own straw and M&M’s) continues. First team to finish wins! JINGLE BELL TOSS
- RULES: See how many tiny bells the player can get in the tiny (shot glass size) solo cups. It’s up to you how many bells the player receives. On a 6 foot table, use masking tape to make a line down the center the length of the table. Place the game boards at the end of the table. This game can be played as an individual game or a team game.
- SUPPLIES:
- 2-11×14 inch wooden framed canvas (foam board would work too)
- 34 red solo shot glass size cups (about 2-inches tall). This is for two lanes
- Mini red and green jingle bells (about a ¼ inch wide)
- Low temp glue gun and glue sticks
- HOW TO MAKE THE GAME BOARD
- ELEVATING THE BOARDS: Glue the wide part (the top) of the cup under the game board at the top of the game board (two cups per board).
- Start at the top of the board, line up 5 cups, glue the cups to the board. Continue down the board creating a pyramid by decreasing the amount of cups for each row. Example: Top row 5 cups, next row 4 cups, the under that 3 cups and so on.
CANDY CANE HOOK RACE
- RULES: NO HANDS ALLOWED—the player can only use their mouth for this game. With a pile of candy canes in front of them, they are to put the straight side of the candy cane in their mouth. With the hook side of the candy cane, hook another candy cane and place it in the container. Keep going until times up. The side with the most hooked candy canes wins! This game can be played as an individual game or a team.
- SUPPLIES:
- Candy Canes (not mini)
- Container to hold the caught candy canes (I used a mason jar)
RUDOLPH CLOTHESPIN DROP
- RULES: This little game is a spin on the retro clothespin drop game that everyone played at baby and bridal showers. When I was little we would sit on our knees, facing the back of a chair, reach over and drop the clothespins into a jar. You can choose to use a chair or simply have the player stand over the jar. The game is harder then it looks. This game can be played as an individual game or a team.
- SUPPLIES:
- Round Peg or Regular Clothespins
- Small google eyes
- Small red pom poms
- Low temp hot glue gun and glue sticks
- Large jar or container
- HOW TO MAKE REINDEER CLOTHESPINS:
- You can use regular clothespins for this game, I love the way the round peg clothespins look.
- With the slit facing you, glue a pom pom onto the rounded end.
- Add google eyes above the pom pom nose (where the clothespin narrows)
RING THE BELLS TOSS
- RULES: The rules are simple….how many jingle bells can you get into the bells. To make it more challenging you could write how many points the players can earn per jingle bell drop. Different points for each bell. This would allow the team or individual player to focus on certain bells to get the most points. This game can be played as an individual game or a team.
- SUPPLIES: All items were purchased at Dollar Tree
- Foam Board
- Bells (found on the Christmas decoration isle)
- Medium jingle bells (found on Christmas craft isle)
- Garland (found on the Christmas decoration isle)
- Low temp hot glue gun and glue sticks
- Wire cutters
- HOW TO MAKE THE RING THE BELLS TOSS GAME:
- The large bells come with a ring of pine as the handle. Use wire cutters to remove the handle (keep the bow)
- Potion the bells in whatever pattern you want, turn the bells upside down like a cup.
- Hot glue the bells to the foam board.
- Hot glue garland around the edge of the foam board.
CANDY CANE GOLF
- RULES: How many strokes does it take to get the ball in the cup, box whatever you choose to use. Scatter the trees around to create an obstacle for the golfer. Lay a small box on its side, add a few rocks to weight it down so serve as the hole. You can do the same with a large cup. This game can be played as an individual game or a team.
- SUPPLIES:
- Large hard plastic (made for the yard) candy canes. (Found at Dollar Tree on the Christmas decorations isle)
- Tinsel Christmas Tree or anything that makes an obstacle. (Found at Dollar Tree on the Christmas decorations isle)
- Golf Balls (Found at Dollar Tree on the toy isle)
ACTION DICE GAME
- RULES: No point system to this game….just a lot of laughs. Divide the players into two teams. The goal: The first team to complete all actions wins. The way they achieve that is up to you. Here’s an example: Each member of the team has four rolls (chances) to complete as many actions as possible. Then the next player comes to the front to take their turn. Keep going until all the actions have been done. The team that finishes first wins! This game can be played as an individual game or a team.
- SUPPLIES:
- Large foam dice (four per team) (from Dollar Tree found on the toy isle)
- Foam Board
- Black permanent marker

SNOW BLOWER RACE
- RULES: Run a strip of masking tape down the center of a 6 foot table. At the finish line (the end of the table) use a different color of tape across the table. Make sure the players can get to both sides of the table. On go, the players blow air through the straw to move the snowball (cotton ball) down to the finish line. This may sound easy but the players have to give the snowball just the right amount of air or it will fly off the table. If the snowball falls off the table the player has to start over at the start line. Once the player has their snowball over the finish line the next player starts. This is a relay….first team to get all their snowballs over the finish line wins! If you don’t have a wall to put your table up against you might want to use a foam board as a backdrop. This game can be played as an individual game or a team.
- SUPPLIES:
- Table
- Masking Tape (two colors)
- 1 straw per player
- cotton balls
- foam board (optional)
