Disneyland is the churro capital of the world! There’s one thing you can count on when you visit Disneyland, and that’s lots and lots of churro flavors. My last trip to Disneyland I was on a mission to try as many Disneyland Churros as possible. My plan was to recreate them at home for my Fiesta Party Churro Bar. Can’t make it to the parks this year? It’s okay….I’ve got you covered.
Follow along as I create some of the most popular churros The Disneyland Parks has to offer, show you how to take those churro recipes, and create a CHURRO BAR!
My Favorite Party Churros To Use For a Churro Bar
J and J Snack Tio Pepes Regular Churro (not an affiliate link): I ordered a box of 100 churros from Amazon. The box came packaged with dry ice and ice packs. When the churros arrived they were still frozen. I separated them into jumbo 2.5 gallon zip top bags and put them in the freezer until I needed them for the party. The churros were perfectly shaped and delicious. TO HEAT CHURROS: Line baking sheets with parchment, preheat oven to 375°, and bake 8-10 minutes.
How to Keep Churros Warm
SLOW COOKER: Place a piece of parchment paper in the bottom of a slow cooker, add churros, place another piece of parchment paper on top of the churros (this will catch the moisture droplets from the lid). Repeat layers as needed. While this technique does keep the churro warm I found it also made them a bit soft.
WARM OVEN: Once the churros have been baked, turn the oven off and leave any extra churros in the warm oven. DO NOT COVER this will create moisture. BEFORE the oven becomes cold, turn the heat to warm.

Copycat Disneyland Chai Spiced Churro with Coffee Creamer Dip

CHEESECAKE NO BAKE FILLING from Philadelphia. It’s so good! TO MAKE THE DIP, mix together cheesecake no bake filling, instant espresso coffee, powdered sugar, vanilla, and half and half.

JELLY DRIZZLE
It’s very important that you use jelly and not jam. DIFFERENCE BETWEEN JELLY AND JAM: Jelly is made with strained fruit juice. There are no pieces of fruit in jelly. Jam is made with mashed fruit. In order to have a nice drizzle you need to use a product that is smooth. Heat jelly in a microwave in 30 second intervals until melted. Pour into a squeeze bottle. Keep warm (how to below).
PEANUT BUTTER DRIZZLE
If you are using a squeeze bottle, only use smooth peanut butter. Using a microwave, heat peanut butter in 30 second intervals. Pour into a squeeze bottle. Keep warm (how to below).
BACON BITS
Fry bacon until crispy and chop into bits OR do like I did and purchase bacon bits from the grocery store.
