Rainbow Cookies
Rainbow Cookies | The perfect cookie for St Patrick’s Day! Or how about a rainbow or primary color themed party? These cookies will be the hit of the day with tons of colorful sprinkles and yummy M&M’s.
Add my St. Patrick’s Day Money Bags to go along with these fun and festive Rainbow Cookies! To get the rainbow look all I did was take out all the brown colored M&M’s and as if that wasn’t enough I felt they needed a little something special….so I added the same color of sprinkles. But before I added all of that fun I started with my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe.

I’ve looked and looked, but I can’t find where you add or how you use the vegetable oil in the recipe. Am I overlooking somerhing? Please answer.
Hi Ann,
Sorry I forgot to add the oil to the directions. You add it to the butter and sugar.
Thanks for helping! 🙂
Im just wondering if the batter is supposed to crumbly. I did bake them and they held together.
Hi Carin,
Yes, the batter is a little “different” but it all works out in the end. 🙂
How much M&M’s exactly? I am not sure the size of the bag you are referring to. Thanks!
Hi Leslie,
I changed it to 1 cup. That makes it easier. 🙂
Thanks! – Just in time for my daughter’s Rainbow themed bday party tomorrow!
