Easy Rocky Road Fudge
This Easy Rocky Road Fudge is a mixture of dark chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, marshmallows and walnuts. Candy perfection!
You can totally make this Easy Rocky Road Fudge with the microwave. I chose the stove top method. If you’re wondering how to use the microwave method I used it to make my 5 Minute Maple Fudge recipe.
The perfect fudge to serve at a holiday party or fill up a tin and give to a friend.
Easy Rocky Road Fudge
Ingredients
For the Fudge:
- 3 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1-1/2 tablespoons butter
- pinch of salt
- 14 ounce sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (3.4 ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 7 ounce marshmallow cream
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
For the Topping:
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions
For the Fudge:
- Line a 8x8-inch baking pan with foil making sure the foil hangs over the edge.
- In a medium saucepan combine the chocolate chips, butter, salt and condensed milk; heat until melted and smooth.
- Add the pudding mix and stir until the mix dissolves.
- Add the marshmallow; stir until melted and smooth.
- Stir in nuts until combined.
- Pour hot fudge in prepared pan.
For the Topping:
- Sprinkle on marshmallows and walnuts, press down with the palm of your hand.
- Cover and refrigerate until set.
- Remove from refrigerator and cut into small squares.
