Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix Crackle Cookies
Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix Crackle Cookies: A chewy cookie with intense chocolate flavor that will knock your socks off!
I made these cookies with a brownie mix, plus a few added ingredients and ended up with a delicious chewy chocolate cookie. The sugar coating (crackle) adds the perfect amount of sweetness to these cookies. My husband had an unexpected business meeting. Since he was heading it up I wanted him to take something sweet for everyone to enjoy. All I could find was a brownie mix. That’s how these cookies were created! Do you ever do that? Go through your pantry and create something from just the ingredients you have on hand? When I do that the recipe usually ends up being one of my favorites. These Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix Crackle Cookies were a hit for sure! I even got a few thank you notes. 🙂
Roll the cookie dough into small balls and roll in the sugar.
Leave the cookies in ball form to bake.

Sheryl, I just got diabetes of the eyes and I don’t mind one bit.
Love these cookies! That powdered sugar on the cookies is calling my name.
I remember my mom making something similar to this!
No, Sheryl, if I find something in the cupboard and it’s all I have, that’s what I make. Boring – I know. I have made CrackleTop cookies every Christmas for the last 20 years. COnfession: My first couple of attempts were so bad the kids called them Hockey Pucks. Totally inedible. But I persevered and now I can make them in the dark.
Along comes you and shows me how much easier it can be!! I’ll be giving these a shot, thanks
You bet Joan! I have lots of treats made with a cake mix not just cookies. Have a wonderful week! 🙂
I was wondering if they would be good omitting the white chocolate chips? I don’t have those in my pantry plus this brownie mix is already loaded with chocolate chunks.
Hi Patrice, Yes, I think that would be fine.
