Homemade Green Goddess Salad Dressing Recipe
Homemade Green Goddess Salad Dressing Recipe| A mild tasting dressing that is creamy with fresh herbs and yogurt. Sure this dressing is delicious on salad but have you ever thought of putting it on a burger? I loved adding this dressing to a burger that is dressed with vegetables! Also, I should mention….there are NO ANCHOVIES in this recipe! I’m not a fan of fishy tasting foods. This is my version minus the anchovies. I would classify this dressing as the cousin to the delicious Ranch Dressing.
This dressing recipe is very versatile. Make a low fat version! Use fat free yogurt and fat free mayonnaise. NOTE: Low Fat products are thinner then full fat, keep in mind the dressing will be thinner. Or how about dip? Substitute sour cream or for a thicker version cream cheese in place of the yogurt and make this delicious dressing into a dip! Serve it along side chips or your favorite veggies.
