Beach Ball Candy Coated Party Popcorn

Yield: About 8 Cups

Ingredients

8 cups popped popcorn
10 ounces white melting wafers from Ghirardelli or candy melts from Wilton
1 (2 ounce) bottle sprinkles

Instructions

Pour popped popcorn in a large bowl. Line a cookie sheet with parchment or wax paper.

Pour white candy into a medium microwavable bowl. Heat 1 minute on high, stir and heat an additional 30 seconds at 70%. Stir until smooth. Pour over popcorn, stir to coat. BEFORE candy starts to harden add sprinkles. Pour mixture on lined cookie sheet to harden.
