This Chocolate Pie Dough is perfect for blind baking.

- regular graham cracker crumbs
- sugar
- cocoa
- butter

- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa, sugar, and butter. Press into TWO (8 inch) pie dishes.

There are two ways this graham cracker crust can be frozen. 1. Simply dump the whole recipe in a freezer safe container or zip top bag, label and freeze. 2. Chocolate Graham Cracker Pie Crust Made With Honey Graham Crackers
This easy no bake chocolate graham cracker crust is perfect for cream filled pies and ice cream pies. It can also be baked and used as a cheesecake crust.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs ( or about 18 ground full graham cracker sheets)
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 7 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and cocoa.
- Pour melted butter over graham cracker mixture.
- Mix until combined.
- Divide evenly into two 8-inch pie pans.
- Press in the bottom and up the sides.
- Add pie filling and chill.
