How to Make Cinnamon Cranberry Pear Crisp

- INGREDIENTS (Crumb Topping)
- ¼ no calorie sugar (Splenda) or regular granulated sugar
- 3 graham crackers
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- INGREDIENTS (Filling)
- ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons no calorie sugar (Splenda) or regular granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup fresh or frozen whole cranberries
- 3 cups pears, peeled, cored and sliced
- 4 tablespoons water
- DIRECTIONS (Crumb Topping)
- Add the sugar (which one you choose), graham crackers, butter, flour and cinnamon to a food processor.
- Blend until crumbly, set aside.
- DIRECTIONS (Filling)
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Spray a 8 x8 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, add the sugar (which one you choose), flour, salt, cinnamon, cranberries, pears and water.
- Stir until fruit is evenly coated.
- Place in prepared baking dish; cover with crumb topping.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until bubbling around the edges.
- Serve warm.
