Conversation Heart Marshmallow Cherry Valentine's Day Fudge
This delicious creamy fudge is just what you need at your next Valentine’s Day Party. With two layers of marshmallow flavored fudge and a cherry fudge center get ready to be wowed by how easy it is to make a great fudge gift!
Ingredients
For the White Marshmallow Layer
- 18 ounces white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons LorAnn Marshmallow Flavor
For the Pink Cherry Layer
- 18 ounces white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- pink gel food coloring
- 3/4 teaspoon LorAnn Cherry Flavor
For the Red Marshmallow Layer
- 18 ounces white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Chirstmas red gel food coloring
- 2 teaspoons LorAnn Marshmallow Flavor
Instructions
Spray tins, silicone mold or baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
For the White Marshmallow Layer:
In a 4 cup glass measuring cup add the white chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter. Heat in the microwave on high 1 minute, stir and return to the microwave for an additional 30 seconds at 60%. Stir in flavor until combined. Pour into prepared container. Set aside while making the next layer.
For the Pink Cherry Layer:
In a 4 cup glass measuring cup add the white chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter. Heat in the microwave on high 1 minute, stir in pink food coloring and return to the microwave for an additional 30 seconds at 60%. Stir in flavor until combined. Pour on top of white marshmallow layer, into prepared container. Set aside while making the next layer.
For the Red Marshmallow Layer:
In a 4 cup glass measuring cup add the white chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter. Heat in the microwave on high 1 minute, stir in red food coloring and return to the microwave for an additional 30 seconds at 60%. Stir in flavor until combined. Pour on top of pink cherry layer, into prepared container. Refrigerate until hardened. Can be stored at room temperature in a sealed container.
