DECORATIONS
To get started on creating a fun birthday party table you’ll need to first choose your color scheme. I chose red, blue and yellow. I love the bright colors. The choice is yours! Now that you have your color scheme chosen it’s time to think of the design. I like to start with the back drop and large items in the back. The back drop is just a piece of beige fabric. Going with flags was super easy to do and an affordable way to add color to the back. I used card stock (in my color scheme) cut them into banner shapes, punched holes at each end and added a dowel. The dowels are in a 2×4 that has holes drilled in it. Super easy and fun! The fence was something I already had. All it takes is you looking around your house for tall items. Like the piece of fence I found in my backyard.

A side note….I shouldn’t move on without mentioning, the table covering is a big piece of burlap and the straw bales are from Michaels Craft Store.
