Fluffy Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe

Ingredients

2 – 8 ounce cream cheese, softened

1 cup butter, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa powder

4-1/2 cups Confectioners’ sugar

Directions

Cream together the cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Add the vanilla and cocoa. Blend in the confectioners sugar 1 cup at a time until fluffy.  Frost either using a piping bag or just spread on.  This is a LBC original!
