{Guilt Free} Snickers Cake

{Guilt Free} Snickers Cake
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Pillsbury Devil's Food cake mix
- 1 tablespoon fat-free liquid egg substitute
- 1 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon fat-free, low-fat, or light caramel ice cream topping
- 1 teaspoon chopped peanuts (ice cream topping)
- 1 teaspoon mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a half pint jar or microwave safe mug, combine cake mix, egg substitute, sour cream, baking powder and water.
- Mix until well combined.
- Microwave 1 minute and 45 seconds, or until set.
- Let cool completely, about 15 minutes.
- Drizzle cake with caramel, peanuts and chocolate chips.
I was wondering if you could mix the entire recipe in a stand mixer and then divide it instead of mixing each single serve. Do you think that this would work well or would it distort the recipe? Do you know how many servings a whole box of cake mix would be? Thank you.
