- Take off all the wrappers from around the caramel. Divide the caramels (see chart below).
- Press three caramels together in your hand to warm them. Then, form them into a disk and place them on a piece of parchment paper. I FOUND THE PATTY SQUARE PARCHMENT PAPERS AT THE DOLLAR TREE
- Add another piece of parchment paper on top of the caramel disk, then press it with the palm of your hand as if you were pressing a hamburger patty.
- Use a rolling pin to roll the caramel into a 4½ x 4½ inch round.
- Stack sheets of caramel, ensuring there is a piece of parchment paper on top.
- Place caramel wraps in an airtight container at room temperature. The caramel sheets will stay fresh for several months.
