if frozen how would I defrost them and will they be flaky do they need to go back in the oven
Hi Cheryl, Leave them on the counter to defrost. Yes…I would under bake them and pop them back into the oven to crisp up the day you want to use them.
Can you use this recipe for mini pumpkin pies?
Would you bake the shells first or bake the whole minis and shells all at one?
That sounds delicious Patti. Yes you can use this idea for mini pumpkin pies. I would bake the filling and the pie crust at the same time.
