I love my berries dipped in chocolate but I didn’t want something that was high in calories. So I created these delicious Light Blackberry Chocolate Chip Muffins. First this muffin tastes like a healthy version of a blackberry cobbler and then you bite into a chocolate chip and it changes to a chocolate dipped blackberry.
