Mini Sherbet Pretzel Sticks
AN ADORABLE PARTY FAVOR!
A mini version of the “pretzel rods” These are so cute, quick and easy to make. I had 2 trays of these done in no time and this is something that can be made a couple of days before your event. Make to set on your dessert table, each place setting or give as a party favor. Make for a baby shower, bridal shower,a brunch or ice cream theme party. Display in a push up pop, mini bucket or give away in a small bag.
Mini Sherbet Pretzel Sticks Recipe
Ingredients
small pretzel sticks
orange creme candy melts
lime candy melts
vanilla candy melts
orange sugar sprinkles
green sugar sprinkles
Directions
For the pretzel sticks that will have the orange and lime drizzle-first dip in melted vanilla candy, place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Once the cookie sheet is full, place in the refrigerator to harden.
Mean while melt the orange candy melts, dip the pretzel in, swirl around to get rid of any excess,
with a spoon sprinkle on the orange sugar,
set to harden on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Repeat with the lime candy melts.
Once the cookie sheet is full, take the vanilla dipped pretzels out of the refrigerator and replace it with the orange and lime pretzels.
NOTE: Use a micro plane to take off any excess candy.
Place melted orange candy melts into a candy piping bag.
Snip the tip and drizzle over vanilla dipped pretzels. Repeat with the lime candy melts.
