- packet of au jus mix
- pepperoncini peppers + juice
- unsalted butter
- DIRECTIONS
- Place roast, ranch mix, au jus mix, brown gravy or beef broth, peppers, pepper juice and butter in the slow cooker.
- Cook on high 4-6 hours or low 8-10 hours.
