Orange Cake Cookies
Orange Cake Cookies: These easy to make chewy cookies start with a white cake mix. Perfect for a spring or summer event.
Orange is one of my favorite flavors but oranges dipped in chocolate? Is amazing! I developed these cookies to be served with my Red, White and Blue Ice Cream Sandwich Bar. Two of these Orange Cake Cookies with a big scoop of chocolate ice cream is exactly what I wanted. Dress these cookies up a bit by adding a drizzle of orange glaze and serve them on a platter at a ladies luncheon, tea, baby shower or bridal shower.

Orange cookies, what a treat! Since summer will be closing soon, I think this will be a sweet little surprise for nursing staff who cares for my Mom in the nursing home.
Oh I LOVE that idea Cynthia. I’m sure the staff will appreciate your kindness. ♥
This looks delish! I’m looking to make an orange rosemary cake cookie, do you think if I sub more zest instead of the orange extract it would be ok? I’m just afraid the extract will taste like fruitloops flavor like lemon extract tends to. What do you think?
I think that sounds great Eli!
