Peanut Butter Brownie Fudge
Ingredients
For the Brownie Layer
- 1 (20 ounce) box Ghirardelli brownie mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
For the Peanut Butter Fudge
- 1 (10 ounce) bag plus 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter M&M's
Instructions
For the Brownie Layer:
Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl stir together the brownie mix, eggs and oil, until combined. Press dough into prepared baking pan. Bake 23 minutes or until the edges are baking and the center is slightly under baked. Set aside to cool (about 25 minutes).
For the Peanut Butter Fudge Layer:
In a medium microwave safe bowl, add the peanut butter chips, sweetened condensed milk and butter. Microwave on high 1 minute; stir until all the butter is meted and the fudge is creamy. Pour over baked brownie layer, use an off set spatula and evenly spread. Sprinkle peanut butter M&M's over the top of the fudge; lightly press M&M's into the fudge. Cover and refrigerate overnight to harden.
Use the ends of the foil to lift the fudge out of the baking pan. Remove foil and cut into bite size pieces. Store at room temperature in an airtight container.

The directions state, “Pour [Peanut Butter Fudge] over caramel center”. What caramel center? No directions for making caramel. Thank you.
You are so right Wendy! I have no idea where that came from! Changed it. Thanks for catching the mistake. ♥
