Full of pineapple juice with a touch of coconut flavor from coconut water. You can dress them up with fruit and an umbrella or simply add a pineapple wedge.

Pineapple Coconut Coolers
Full of pineapple juice with a touch of coconut flavor from coconut water.
Ingredients
- 3 cups unsweetened coconut water
- 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- ice
- fresh pineapple spears
- fresh mint
Instructions
- In a 1 quart pitcher, stir together coconut water and pineapple juice.
- Serve over ice.
- Garnish with pineapple spears and mint.
