Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 12 ounces water
- 2 scoops of a vanilla or cream flavored protein mix ( mine is only 90 calories per 2 heaping scoops)
- 10 ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender combine all the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.

You can substitute milk for the water. Don't forget to adjust the calorie count.
I was afraid this would be bland with water but did not want to add extra calories by adding almond milk, so I went ahead and tried it. It was not at all bland; in fact, it was very tasty. I cut the recipe in half because my protein powder has 120 calories per scoop. Even half of it was more than enough (2 tall smoothies). Thanks so much for the recipe!
