Pomegranate Sauce
Spruce up your pork chops with this rich and thick pomegranate sauce.
Add this pomegranate sauce to yogurt or pour over cream cheese for a sweet dip.
Pomegranate Sauce

Makes about 1/2 cup of Sauce

Ingredients
- 8 ounce bottle of 100% pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar {I used pomegranate}
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 to 1/2 fresh pomegranate seeds
Instructions
- In a small saucepan add the juice, vinegar, thyme and sugar.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce to medium low and simmer until the sauce reduces to half.
- If the sauce is too thin add the cornstarch.
- Remove the thyme and add the fresh seeds.
