Quick Tomato Pesto Pizza Sauce
To make this Quick Tomato Pesto Pizza Sauce you start with my 10 Minute Pizza Sauce. Adding pesto to the sauce adds another layer of flavor and will change your pizza from ordinary to extraordinary!
Make several batches of this sauce, pour into zip top bags, lay flat in the freezer and once the sauce is frozen you can stack the sauce or file it like a book. This is something I like to do with all my sauces.

it sounds delicious. I’ll have to start making double batches of all my sauces too. Love the idea of freezing them. Thanks for sharing on Foodie Friday
Great idea on storing the sauces upright once they are frozen! We’ve made ahead a few batches of pesto and some tomato sauce but not as much as I would have liked this summer. There’s still time though. Your recipe looks delicious…I never thought to add pesto to our tomato sauce! Thanks for sharing it with us at Foodie Fridays!
