Semi Homemade Gourmet Popsicles | In a pinch for a cool refreshing party treat?  You just found the perfect solution to your party stress.  Semi Homemade Gourmet Popsicles!  What does that mean?  It means you buy your favorite fruit filled popsicle and dress it up to party!

I chose coconut, strawberry and pineapple for my base popsicle flavors.  But this technique can be used with any fruit flavored popsicle.  Let your imagination go free and create some delicious treats!

ALMOND JOY POPSICLE

With the coconut flavored popsicle I created one of my favorite candy bars, Almond Joy!  Dip the frozen pop into melted dark chocolate and while the chocolate is still wet sprinkle toasted chopped almonds over the popsicle.  Place popsicles on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, store in the freezer until ready to serve.

LUAU POPSICLE

With the pineapple flavored popsicle I created a delicious tropical treat.  Dip the frozen pop into melted white chocolate, while the chocolate is still wet sprinkle on toasted coconut and chopped toasted macadamia nuts.  Place popsicles on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, store in the freezer until ready to serve.

DATE NIGHT POPSICLE

With the strawberry flavored popsicle I created one of my favorite treats.  Chocolate dipped strawberries!  Dip the frozen pop into melted dark chocolate, let the chocolate become hard.  Drizzle melted white chocolate in a back and forth motion over the dark chocolate.  Place popsicles on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, store in the freezer until ready to serve.
