Spicy Fudge
Spicy Fudge: Whether it’s for a Christmas party tray, office party or gift, fudge is always a great choice! This creamy delicious fudge comes with a little twist….SPICE! Not spicy like hot but spicy like…..nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. This fudge is full of warm spices to kick off your holiday season. Chocolate and spice have been put together for centuries. We all love a good cinnamon hot chocolate so why not in our fudge? I say YES!
Spicy Fudge
Ingredients
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons [url]Baking Spice Blend∞https://www.ladybehindthecurtain.com/the-ultimate-baking-spice-mix/[/url]
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions
Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with foil, making sure the ends hang over the each end of the dish. Spray foil with non stick cooking spray. Boil sugar, butter, milk and baking spice for 3 minutes. Continuously stir. Turn burner off and add vanilla, chocolate chips and marshmallow cream. Mix until smooth. Add chopped nuts.
Pour into prepared dish. Let sit in the refrigerator overnight. Cut into small pieces. Store in an air tight container at room temperature.
