Strawberry Lollipop Cookies
Strawberry Lollipop Cookies | ONLY THREE INGREDIENTS to make these semi homemade strawberry cookies! Sure anyone can serve a cookie at a party but NOT you! You’re going to serve a lollipop cookie!
If you’ve never used a cake mix to make cookies you’re in for a treat! I always struggle with getting soft cookies. That was until I made some using a cake mix! They remind me a lot of the seasonal cookies you get from the bakery. You know the ones I’m talking about? They are usually decorated with colorful frosting to match the holiday. I love those cookies!
Here’s how to make these delicious Strawberry Lollipop Cookies!
Using a ice cream scoop place ONLY 5 cookies on each cookie sheet, shape into a circle and add sprinkles to the top. Stick the Popsicle stick in as far as you can without going through to the top.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until the bottom becomes lightly brown. Slide the cookies still on the parchment paper either onto a wire cooling rack or onto the counter to cool completely.
