The Ultimate Baking Spice Mix
Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons ground nutmeg
- 8 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 8 tablespoons ground ginger
- 4 tablespoons ground cloves
Instructions
To a medium bowl add the nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Whisk until completely combined. Transfer to a container with a lid that will seal. Store in a dark cool cupboard or pantry away from any heat 2-3 years.
