Tomatillo Salsa
Add this easy to make sweet and spicy tomatillo salsa to a taco burger, fish or pork.
Tomatillo Salsa

3 cups

30 minutes
Add a touch of sweetness with honey!
Ingredients
- 6 medium tomatillos ( or a 12 ounce can), husked and chopped
- 1 large yellow sweet pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 medium fresh jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Combine all of the above ingredients and store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
