Triple Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 chocolate fudge cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix together the cake mix, eggs and oil until combined.
- Stir in both types of chocolate chips.
- Use an ice cream scoop to scoop cookies.
- Leave dough in mounds.
- Only place 6 per cookie sheet.
- For a Chewy Cookie bake 10 to 12 minutes.
- For a Crunchy Cookie bake 12 to 15 minutes.
- Transfer to a wire cooling rack.
