3. GLUE GUN AND GLUE STICKS: When glue is needed I like using a low temp glue gun. It gets the job done without any burnt fingers.
4. HOLE PUNCH: I use a hand held cheap hole punch for the banners.
5. JUTE STRING OR RIBBON: I love hanging the banners with jute string, any string or ribbon will work too.

• ICE CREAM SUGAR CONE SUMMER WRAPPER: Why serve a plain ice cream cone when you can serve an ice cream cone with a fun colorful wrapper? These cute wrappers are styled to coordinate with any of the Under the Sea and Beach Party Supplies. Add your favorite ice cream to your cones or transform the cones into cupcakes! TO MAKE ICE CREAM CONE CUPCAKES—In a mixing bowl, add the ingredients listed on the cake mix box. Mix until combined and smooth. Spoon or scoop 1 ounce of batter into each cone NOTE THE CONES NEED TO BE UPRIGHT. I used a stand made for cones from Wilton. (I used a 1 ounce cookie scoop). Bake 17 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool completely. All that’s needed is tape. Wrap the wrapper around the cone (after baking and before filling with ice cream) and tape closed. Fits on a sugar cone NOT a waffle cone.
